Bad customer service and bad products I…

Bad customer service and bad products I purchased utensils from Joseph and coloring change to yellow become toxic I sent the picture to customer service they said we can not change it because you don’t have the receipt I will never recommend your products

I have purchased any Josephjoseph products over the years and love them. They look great, are well designed and well made. I recently had a query and the way it was dealt with was excellent. You can’t ask for much more. Very happy with this company. Thank yoy

What can I say? Excellent!

What can I say? Excellent!My 48L trusty Totem bin suddenly broke with the button popping off and splitting. I contacted JJ and spoke to the wonderful Holly, as it seems did many others on here.The result is a replacement bin being sent out to me.Outstanding customer service and reassuring to know that paying a little more for a decent brand is always beneficial. JJ have a lifelong customer in me and my family!

I knew I’d pushed the boat out when I…

I knew I’d pushed the boat out when I treated myself to a Joseph and Joseph totem bin but it was well worth it. Unfortunately after 6 months I had a slight issue with the lid. Contacted customer services for repair advice as I’d lost the receipt, not only was communication with Holly completely hassle free and friendly but now I have a brand new bin en route. Couldn’t be more delighted and will definitely be purchasing from J&J in the future.

Bin Replacement

I ordered a totum bin towards the end of last year. Unfortunately, the lid mechanism failed, meaning it would no longer open. I am not marking them down because products sometimes fail. I Sent Joseph Joseph a video of the faulty unit and a replacement is on the way to me a day later. Fantastic customer service.

Not delivered

Placed an order 28/03/21 was told delivery would be 2-3 working days. DPD said they attempted delivery on two occasions. On both occasions I was in and there was no attempt not even a call. Really disappointed, last contact was on the 31st March and I haven't heard anything since...order number 295212

Had a issue with a Totem bin I had contacted Joseph Joseph in the past and got no where this time my case was handled by Holly, she took no time at all to resolve my concerns and issued a replacement product immediately. This was the first time my case has ever been dealt with so swiftly by this company.

First class customer service

First class service. I purchased the Totem Compact 40L Waste separation and recycling bin in stainless steel and unfortunatey encountered a fault with the dustbin in less than 1 year. I contacted the Joseph and Joseph customer support team regarding the problem and was helped by a member of the team who has honestly been exceptional. She was compassionate with my situation and dealt with my query promptly and with utmost professionalism. I feel that her communication via email and her service delivery has been of a high standard and this reflects very positively on behalf of Joseph and Joseph. Allowing for the fault I encountered with my dustbin, I have now received a replacement dustbin for which I am grateful as this product has been an excellent part of my kitchen. I am glad to see that the matter was resolved as well as it was. Thank you Joseph and Joseph. Please keep safe and well during our current pandemic.
